Parking Lead Field Supervisor

Parkway Corporation is searching for a dynamic Lead Field Supervisor to assist management with day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for controlling the flow of inbound and outbound traffic to the location, understanding the pay-on-foot machines and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Safely controlling facility traffic by moving cars around the location, as well as to other locations as needed.
  • Keeping all pay-on-foot and pay-and-display devices operational by ensuring that they have enough receipts and tickets and performing basic troubleshooting of the devices, such as rebooting and unjamming tickets and credit cards.
  • Being knowledgeable of the facility's procedures and information and able to answer customer inquiries with regard to vehicle retrieval, garage or lot restrictions, general directions or information about the surrounding area.
  • Assisting in keeping the facility clean, secure and safe. This includes removing snow and ice as necessary and maintaining the facility's external perimeter.
  • Following Parkway policies and manager's directions with regard to parking methods, rates, uniform requirements, securing keys, vehicle surveys and time card procedures.
  • Completing necessary reports accurately and on time.
  • Assisting with training and orienting new employees and incumbents as needed.
  • Analyzing and resolving work problems, or assisting workers in solving work problems.

Must have a valid driver's license.

The schedule for this position will be flexible as it is often event-driven. Since it's event-driven, most shifts will take place after 2pm on weekdays and between 10am and 7pm on weekend shifts.

Pay: Starting rate of $16


  • Associate's or better in Business Administration

  • 1 year: Customer service
  • 1 year: Supervisor

  • Driver's license
